One of the things that is important to me is giving back to my community. As a business owner, I get asked many times to sponsor events, or provide complimentary services to many different organizations.

When I found out that YPAC (Your Performing Arts Center) in Yorkville, IL, enlists the help of businesses by giving the entire amount of a sponsorship to a young adult, or child that is in need and wants to take acting, dancing, or gymnastics classes, I jumped at the opportunity. All the finances Songs of Life and other sponsors give will be used to aid those who truly need it. YPAC has a very giving heart, and desires to have an impact in the community and help those who need it. I am proud to be a part of that!

Another perk is that I get to take the production photos of each performance. These young adults, many as young as 5, are working so hard, and doing their best to put on the best show for the community. I saw their hard work at each dress rehearsal!

Annie is one of my favorite musicals, and this was the first show I had the joy of photographing. With three locations-one in Plainfield, IL, and two others in Yorkville, IL, YPAC has much to offer! Enjoy a few of my favorite images from both shows!
