Every new year, people make new goals, new resolutions. What are yours?
Personally, I do not make new years resolutions, but I do have personal goals, just like I have new goals for my business.
Are goals the same as a resolution?
According to the dictionary, a resolution is a "firm decision to do or not do something."
A goal is "the object of a person's ambition or effort; an aim or desired result."
So, to me, a resolution is more of a decision, whereas a goal is more like a journey with steps along the way to achieve that goal.
Hmm....I learned something new today!
I recently took some time off from the business to reevaluate, as I usually do at the end of the year, and came up with some new plans and objectives.
And, one of them is this-we are in a new year, so why not a new YOU? A new face to your business- a new message.
And, I really do not mean, a new "face"-as in change the way you look, but a new "face" meaning a new "look" for the face of your business.
How long has it been since you last updated your business portrait-the "face" of your business?
We recommend at least yearly-or every six months. Perhaps you just need a "basic" portrait for your facebook business page. But, what about a personal branding session that will show you in action at your place of employment? Those images can be used for marketing, your website, or even for speaking engagements.
We recently had the honor of photographing several businessmen at their main headquarters in Broadview, Il. Most of them had flown in from out of state for their annual meeting, so having us there to photograph all of them was perfect.
We offer personal branding, basic head shots, more elaborate Business Portraits with several looks, and Corporate Multi employee portraits.
Give us a call to day to see how we can help your business and to learn more about our January Promotion we are offering!
