CAMERAS

• MINOLTA XG7-my very first camera received when I was 17 as a graduation gift from my dad. Before this, I was using his equipment!  I used this camera for many years-even photographed the bands Chicago, and Doobie Brothers with it!
• NIKON D50-my first purchase into the digital camera world back in 2005, I believe! I used this camera for several years photographing my youngest daughter and her teammates on the high school cross country and track teams.
• NIKON D7000-my daughter purchased this camera for me in 2010, and it truly started the beginning of my business! Fantastic color and great for portraits.
• NIKON D2x-purchased as a backup for my d7000 (bought it used)
• NIKON D300-Better for sports photography!
• NIKON D610-first new camera I purchased-upgraded from my d7000 and kept my d7000 as the backup
• NIKON D3-great for sports and for better quality images-purchased new to replace my D610
• NIKON D800-purchased used-rated one of the best cameras in terms of quality and color
• NIKON D750-Adorama had a great deal on this camera after it had been in the market for awhile-purchased new
• NIKON D4-upgraded from my D3-purchased used

LENSES

• First lens not pictured are all the film lenses I had from my minolta xg7, and I am not even sure which ones those were. They were a lot smaller than the digital ones they make today!
• nikon 50mm, purchased with my nikon d50-great all around lens
• nikon 80-200 mm-I kept this from my film days and used it on my d50 when I was photographing sports.
• nikon 300mm-a great lens of you are a birdwatcher or animal photographer-this is another older lens, purchased for sports
• nikon  35mm-purchased for wide angle use and groups
• nikon tokina 11-16mm-purchased when I started photographing real estate
• nikon 70-200mm-this is my second 70-200 mm  lens as the first one, also purchased used starting having issues
• nikon 85mm-this is an old film lens, still use it today-great portrait lens
• nikon 24-70mm-purchased used-great lens for groups and wide angle shots

When you buy a used camera, you have to take on the risk of something going wrong. Which happened to me with the d800 and the d3. Both started giving me error messages and would quit working after awhile of use. So, they became undependable. Thus, the upgrades! I would have loved to purchased new cameras, but with a price tag of $5000, I was just not in that place. I am not the type that runs out and always buys the newest and the greatest, either. The cameras I have may be older models, but they work great!

As far as cost on the lenses and other items- ballpark figure of everything that I have is $11, 325.
